Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective items may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or refund. However if your products are damaged or lost in shipping it is the responsibility of the carrier to insure the products. They have a process in which you can be refunded through them. Kan Kaddy is not responsible in any way shape or form for the carrier’s actions.
